Peugeot mechanisms

There are many varieties of spice, so Peugeot has developed spice-specific mechanisms, each designed to release more of its spice’s flavour and aroma.
Each Peugeot mechanism carries a lifetime limited guarantee.

• Pepper : The pepper mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind.

• Salt : The Peugeot salt mechanism is designed to crush coarse cooking salt. It is made of stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion from dry salt.

• Chili pepper : This patented model has a pre-cutting system and a mechanism that grinds dried chili peppers.

• Spices : The Peugeot spice mechanism is a high performance tool for grinding spices and dried aromatic herbs such as basil, thyme, parsley, cumin, etc…

• Nutmeg : The Peugeot nutmeg mill is equipped with a double stainless steel grater blade and a strong claw which enables the whole nutmeg to be very finely shaved.

• Guerande : The Guérande mechanism has been specially designed for wet sea salt: a spiral guides the salt, ensuring that it does not stick together.
