How to use your Peugeot mill?

Manual mills: turn top of the mill in a clockwise direction only. 
Electric mills : If you are using an electric grinder, just press the button once.

Electric mills are practical, permitting single-handed use, leaving you free to cook at the same time! 
Some models have a light that illuminates the area you are grinding to, allowing you to gauge how much salt or pepper you are adding.
